Class Descriptions
Yoga Flow - Integrating breath, movement, awareness and alignment while building strength and flexibility. This class will inspire a state of rejuvenation, relaxation and balance.
Yoga Basics- This class is designed to create strength, flexibility and balance for both both mind and body. The movements are fluid, powerful, and easily accessible to all.
The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga-The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga is based on the book the Seven Spiritual Laws of Success written by Deepak Chopra. Each week one principle will be incorporated into the class. The principles bring the philosophy of Yoga into your awareness throughout the class. Claire Diab created this program with the authors of The Seven Spritual Laws of Yoga- Drs. Deepak Chopra and David Simon.
Power Flow - A sequence of interweaving poses with powerful breathing techniques that will inspire a state of rejuvenation while building strength, flexibility and balance.
Core Fit Yoga - Build your core strength with poses which include standing, sitting and lying down. Integrating the breath with each pose this class will strengthen and tone your core as well as your entire body.
Restorative Yoga - Restore your body, mind and spirit with a relaxing flow which will rejuvenate, revitalize and nourish every single cell in your body.
Yoga Body Sculpt - Create synergy by working as one unit rather than a collection of body parts. This class will get you fit, strong and healthy by developing your core strength, balance and flexibility.
Power Yoga - Challenge yourself with an invigorating sequence of poses and powerful breathing techniques that will build strength, flexibility and rejuvenate the entire body.
