Claire Diab is a
keynote speaker and expert in the practical application of Mind/Body
Integration for 21st Century Life.
Claire Diab is an international keynote speaker and
authority in blending the eastern ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, methods of
channeling the power of mind and body for business and modern day life and the
knowledge of modern medicine to create an integrated path toward health and
well being.
Ayurveda principles suggest that each of us inherits a
unique mix of three mind/body principles which creates our specific mental and
physical characteristics called doshas. Most individuals have one or two
doshas which are most lively in our nature, with the remaining one(s) less
significant. These three doshas are known as Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
Claire's method of introducing "Mind/Body Integration"
into the corporate environment provides real-world solutions for acquiring and
utilizing the power of these dosha principles to stimulate creativity, to
better solve business problems, improve management, grow employee loyalty and
profits, handle competition and deal with crisis and change.
