We have a mind that helps us make decisions and allows us to be creative and open to new ideas and thoughts .We take care of our mind with eating healthy foods ,getting rest and relaxation. We have a spirit that shines through our eyes . “The eyes are the mirror of our soul” and when we take care of our body and mind, then our spirit shines brightly through our eyes and we feel good. So eating the Yoga way is not about being a vegetarian; someone who refrains from eating meat which includes fish ,rabbit , snake basically anything with 2 eyes. Eating in “Union”(yoga) means choosing foods that will nourish you and some body types need to eat meat to have strength and power. How do you know what foods you should eat ? It’s simple.
